Yesterday I brought all my kids to the national zoo together with my mom and my siblings. The kids really had fun ( not us definitely....I think the animals were exactly the ones I saw the last time I went there in 2000, infact some of them were not available anymore). Yeah, since the initial purpose was to entertain the kids, then I believe they were really happy yesterday.
We managed to catch the animals show at 11 am and due to school holidays, the theatre was full house! The kids were amazed looking at those talented animals, but for me I would rather more amazad at the trainer. For me, it's not an easy job to train animals to follow instructions, yet it is an interesting career.
We spent about 3 hours and a half from 9am till 12.30 noon before we then proceeded to cek lah's house (my parents' friend) after having lunch for a zohor prayer and tea. Although I am satisfied, my kids claim that they aren't due to not all animals we managed to see. We failed to see some like bears, penguins and various types of fish. This is because it was started to rain.
However, the most important is to spend time together and strengthen the ties. I promise to bring them somewhere else on the next school holidays in May. As usual, already got in my head but can't tell them yet. Insyaallah, I'll bring them to zoo Taiping since I'll be attending a course in Taiping sometime in May (during next school holiday).
