MY FAMILY (PART 1)

TODAY'S ENTRY IS DEDICATED TO MY BELOVED FAMILY

I am proud to be myself, with a family that I can rely on...very supportive, loving and caring. I'd like to start with my parents....

Inilah abah dan umi....they are my life! Umi, no word that can visualize my pride having you in my life. Thanks abah, for raising and supporting me. You are my hero!
Abah is a pensioner, used to work in a government sector for many many years until he retired few years ago. Now he sets up a religious primary school (sekolah KAFA) in Subang. He said he does this not mainly for money, but for the sake of ummah. Mana taknye...the fee is only RM20 per month and there are discounts for orphans, poor and those with many siblings. Umi is a wonderful homemaker, but today since all my siblings are grown up, she helps out abah in the school, teaching arabic, tauhid and fiqh. She said "dok kat rumah takde orang, boring la umi...". Whatever la umi, as long as you are happy and take care of your health.

This is my second brother ( I'm the eldest in the family). Mamie, together with his wife, Ha and their only daughter Tasneem. Mamie is a nice guy..patient, taat pada abah dan umi, caring brother and bla..bla..bla..working as a radio producer in RTM, he is good at politics. You can view his blog at www.hammamiyusoff.blogspot.com What I amaze about him is, his knowledge in politics...wow! You can ask any questions on anything related to politics both nationally or internationally...he can answer you. Used to be a very naughty boy, but now has changed to a very caring yet funny person. Ha is working as a teacher, graduated from UKM in Islamic Studies. Though she is my in-laws, we are very close since I don't have a sister of her age. Tasneem, so far is my only niece..will get more soon, insyaallah.

These two are my 3rd and 4th brothers, Ammar and Syamel. Ammar is a Licensed Aircraft Engineer at MAS and Syamel (with glasses on)is still studying at UIAM. Both are happy-go-lucky, funny, very naughty to their nephew and nieces. They are still single but as far as I'm concerned, both are not available anymore. He..he..The guy who is alone in the photo is the youngest boy in my family, Majdi a.k.a Didi, still studying at KUIS. Manja and likes to laugh most of the times. Even sometimes we don't know why he laughs. But he is very responsible...good Didi, keep it up!

The girl with a small cute young girl on her lap is my 2nd youngest sister, Manal who is waiting for her SPM result and the one on top with a uniform is my youngest sister, Ibtisam who is now studying at Maahad Muhammadi (P) in Kota Bharu Kelantan. Both of them are my only sisters, sometimes naughty but still like others....they are very caring. Being the youngest, Tisam never gives up and always wants to win in anything. But, the positive part that I can see is she is very responsible though she will only be 13 this end of March...happy birthday my sister!
They are all my family..who have been by my side all this while...laughing and crying together.....Guys, I am really proud of all of you! Thanks to Allah for bestowing me this wonderful family....ameen
